Well, as for passwords, if you can chose them, they don't need to be complicated, they just need to be long. If they're complicated, they're always too complicated and we naturally tend to use the same ones for many accounts with the main risk of all those accounts to be vulnerable once the password is hacked.
I use a few passwords with web sites and my browser stores them, so it's my memory
Now a security expert once said we're best at securing pieces of papers hence the best way to secure our passwords is on a piece of paper in our wallet. So if that comes from an IT security expert...
