sorry david and odessa but the butterfly collector asked for precedence in the painting order and who am I to argue with my muse.

*fave'd* ... I've rarely seen hair falling with such simple elegance. Its color resonates by having a contrasting color in her eyes. If they were the same shade, it'd be far less interesting.
Her expression directs us toward the two quite different forms of artifice in those butterflies. Not forcefully, but quietly. That makes the contrast between artistic beauty and natural beauty even more interesting.
This lovely work should be in your main gallery! Even if it's part of a larger creation, it tells a tale on its own. That deserves more prominence.
