Something different, if I pull it off

I want to paint Billie Piper as Pierrette and Julianne Hough as Colombine, as two characters from the comedia del'arte.
I want to paint Colombine on a Caroussel horse since I got so inspired lately by the latest work of Raipun who painted this magnificent carrousel horse and little girl and in my pencil days I drew quite a few carrousel horses myself in colours with caran d'ache.

I hope to paint something entirely magical for two great friends here, tammie

and ellen

Two dear friends, two great ladies, who against all odds keep the magic alive.

Tammie you inspired me so much with your latest work, I adore Pierrots and Harlequins and drew lots of them in my pencil past.
So I wanted to tackle this subject again and of course the dedication would be yours, shared with my sweet Ellen who believes in Magic too.

Update 2 : This is a really ambitious project, so far so good, I have to paint billie's costume and white is hard to paint, but I will learn in the process! I dreamed of a rose with magical flying petals, well at least I had an honnest go at it lol.
Painting magic is very very hard stuff pfffff
Update 3 : the white costume is painted, no outstanding art but I can work with this.
Next character to paint is colombine, somewhat next week

My other magic piece, hopefully I will be able to merge them
