The mists of Avalon

For me this a new step in my painting training, after one day and a half already having attained 102 favs on a work. This feels so great guys, thanks from the bottom of my artistic little heart.
I really hope this painting will be my most favourited.

Elves can be so beautiful and so great to paint, this one made me so happy.

DA heaven - the milestones

February 2009 :
Hello, I recently acquired a sister, not a real one, but a DA one.
So we will not be able to share shoes, dresses and boyfriends but we will be able to share art and ideas about art!
Thanks serenity74, Kerry sis, for your great friendship and generosity, it is overwhelming.

June 2009 :
Another sub received from the most charming AussieSteve1961.
I cannot thank him enough for his great gift and I will paint him a gorgeous blonde for that.
July 2009 :
So a painted him a blonde and quicker than a boomerang a new sub hit me!

A little break

Hi all my friends,

A little break is needed again, too much work at home, too much work at work, so all DA networking will slow down a bit.
I have to catch up the real life issues that don't go away even if I try to hide behind my wacom tablet.lol and believe me I tried lol lol
But I will try at least to catch up with all the great stuff you guys will be producing.
So for those who were waiting for the decor on my warrior, that is a project which has been frozen, the lovely linley has received her dedication the way it is now. But nothing that ever was born in the vivid imagination of the crayon is lost for ever, as long as there will be pixels, there will be a crayonmaniac.
Love you all and each day a little bit more.

An "older" girl from Brussels who desperately wants to improve her digital painting and who loves the support she is getting here on DA.
I think humour is a wonderful thing, art is a necessity, books are great friends when friends are not available, buying shoes is the greatest escape from misery and DA rocks.
I am proud to see that a lot of fantastic artists here are women, both beautiful in person and in their art (talking about my watchers).
